I) Admission Eligibility
• Admission is open to all classes from Pre-Primary to IX with limited seats for the Academic session 2024- 2025 .
• Class 1 onwards admission test will be conducted and a student will be admitted only after submission of a transfer certificate from the previous school.
• Admission is at the sole discretion of the school Management.
II) Age Criterion
Age of the child on 31st March 2024, as recorded in the birth certificate issued by the Civil Authority will determine the eligibility for admission.
III) Registration
Registration form can be obtained from the school reception. The registration form is non transferable even to the siblings and only the particular form issued by the school should be used for registration of your child. Parents are requested to go through the fee structure, transport facility and the prospectus carefully before filling in the form.
IV) General Instructions
1. Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online
Registration Form.
2. We recommend that you use the Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser for filling this form.
3. Filling out this form does not guarantee admission for your child. Admission is strictly as per the policy formulated
based on MERIT and NO DONATIONS ACCEPTED.
4. The form comprises 5 stages, i.e. Student Details, Parent Details, Communication Details, Documents Uploading & Payment.
5. You would be required to upload certain documents in the Documents stage. Kindly have soft copies of the documents as per
the Documents Required for the Admission Process.
6. The intimation for confirmed admission will be sent via E-mail / SMS. The Date of assessment / observation / interaction / interview
will be notified via Email / SMS.
7. The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning
admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.
8. Parents seeking to exercise any form of influence, including a recommendation by or through any person, including any agents or
persons, styling themselves as management representatives for securing admissions will be disqualified.
V) Documents Required for the Admission Process :
1. Documents required for Applicants are Passport size picture, Birth certificate, Transfer certificate & Report card.
2. Documents required for Parents are Passport size picture, PAN card and Aadhaar Card.
3. All documents file sizes should be less than 1 MB. All document file types should be
in PDF / JPEG / JPG format, except passport size photo file which should be JPEG / JPG only.
4. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or issued by Govt. Hospital shall be accepted.
5. Please upload the latest passport size, coloured photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).
6. The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application
form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered.
VI) The required minimum age for students to be admitted in different classes for the session 2024-25 is as follows:-
1). For Nursery the child should be 3 years+ on 31st March 2024.
