The proud Goenkans represented the school at a National platform, an initiative of the Ministry of education- MANODARPAN. Aakansha Das of class 12 and Aaryan Singh of class 11 were selected as national peer educators who voiced their opinions on the Importance of promotion of positive mental well-being among adolescents. The event was held at a pan India level, where more than 20 schools actively participated. We are thankful to Dr. Jitendra Nagpal for coming up with this initiative to give stage to the students, the adolescents themselves. His valuable feedback and appreciation pumped up the students even more, adding on to their existing skills and knowledge.
This was one of the first such events that provided these students such a prestigious opportunity and platform to actively work, discuss, and contribute towards the initiative for a better and healthy future of the youth of India, by collaborating with fellow peer educators, school counsellors, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and other prominent stakeholders.
